Everything a sparky reaches for in a day

From the first quote to the signed-off certificate, without a clipboard or a stack of apps.

Calculators

Voltage drop, cable size, maximum demand, conduit fill and fault loop impedance, with the working shown.

Certificates

Fill in CoCs, ESCs and Records of Inspection on your phone, sign on the screen and send the customer a PDF.

Test results

Record insulation resistance, continuity, polarity and RCD tests circuit by circuit, checked against your limits as you go.

Jobs

Address, customer, photos, parts and notes for every job in one place, numbered for you and shared with whoever’s on it.

Hours and leave

Clock on and off, or put your hours in at the end of the day. Ask for leave and see what you’ve got left.

Team chat

A chat for the whole crew plus private messages, with photos, PDFs and links straight to jobs and certificates.

Calendar

See who’s booked where this week, and who’s away, before you promise a customer a day.

Roles and permissions

Choose who can see every job, sign certificates or approve timesheets. Apprentices’ work can go to a supervisor first.

Works without signal

Ceiling space, basement switchroom or back of beyond: everything saves on your phone and syncs when you’re back in range.

Run the crew from your pocket

Built for owners and managers as much as the sparkies on the tools.

  • Who’s working now. See who’s clocked on and which job they’re at.
  • Timesheets. Check and approve the week, then export it for payroll.
  • Leave. Approve requests and keep everyone’s balances up to date.
  • Announcements. Put a notice at the top of everyone’s app.
  • Invite codes. New staff join your business in a couple of minutes.
  • Your data, your copy. Download every job, certificate and photo in one go.

Managing your team from a computer is on the way.
